Louis M. Gelormino Exonerated

"Louis M. Gelormino, Esq. was officially exonerated of any wrong doing and illegality in the matter of the early conditional release by the Local Conditonal Release Board. Mr. Gelormino was forced to resign from his city position as a result of Valella's release.  The Manhattan District Attorney's Office, through the investigating Assistant District Attorney Eric Seidel, with Mr. Gelormino's attorney Mr. Frances Mainero, Esq present, informed Mr. Gelormino of his exoneration in the spring of 2004.  Mr. Seidel informed Mr. Gelormino that this exoneration could be confirmed by proper inquiries by the proper parties by telephone at the Manhattan Disrict Attrney's Office."
